2022 Winter Camp


NOW ENROLLING for Winter Camp 2022!

Winter Camp 2022 will be in-person! 
Activities will include: dance, drama, arts/crafts, games and outdoor activities for ages 5-12.

**Current safety protocols include mandatory masking indoors, good ventilation and air filtration.**

WINTER CAMP will run from December 19th - 23rd and December 26th - 30th

TIMEFRAME: There will be two weeks of Winter Camp Days; you can enroll for single days, a single week, or both weeks. You may also enroll in optional Before Care and After Care add-ons for either week.

HOURS: Camp Day - 9:30am to 3:30pm
  Before Care - 8:00am to 9:30am
  After Care - 3:30pm to 6:00pm

PRICE: Camp Day - $325 per week, $600 for both weeks, $75 per single day registration
  Before Care - $7.50 per day
  After Care - $12.50 per day

DISCOUNTS: Your family may be eligible for a camp discount if 1) you have participated in our Membership program* uninterrupted for at least a year and have not already received a camp discount within that period; or 2) you are enrolled in Afterschool for the full school year and your payment account is current; or 3) if you enroll siblings for the Winter Camp session. If you are eligible for a discount it will be applied automatically after you register, and you will received email confirmation of a discount from our billing department.

HOW TO REGISTER: Choose your week below, and then add relevant Before/After care separately. If registering for single Camp Days, select the week and then uncheck the days not needed.  In order to register for Before/After care, you need to also be registered for the associated Camp Day. If you are already in our system (from previously registering for camp or classes), please register through your Parent Portal.

Camp Policies

Class or Camp Changes
A $15 bookkeeping fee will be applied to any changes of class or camp weeks unless the switch is at the teacher's request. Pre-paid before and after care can be switched to another week with the $15 bookkeeping fee. 72 hours notice must be given for switching classes, camp weeks and before and after care. These fees may be waived if prior arrangements have been made with the Director.

Tuition Policies
Tuition is non-refundable. With a documented medical emergency, your account will be credited minus a $15 bookkeeping fee.. Notice must be given to EBDC prior to missed camp. Request for credit must be in writing with documentation.

Late Registration
We work to keep camp accessible by minimizing our costs. When a camper is registered late (less than 48 hours before the beginning of the camp week), this increases our staffing costs. Please help us keep camp affordable by registering on or before Friday of the week before camp starts. If you are unable to do this, we will charge you a 10% late fee. Thank you for understanding.

10% sibling discount available when you register a second or third child. This discount applies to 2nd and subsequent children.

Before/After Care Policies

  • Before-Care available 8:00 am to 9:30 am - $7.50/day
  • After-Care available 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm - $12.50/day. (Note: Pick-ups after 6 pm will be charged at $1.00/minute.)
  • 24 hour pre-registration and a valid credit or debit card on file is required to register for before/after care. 
  • Emergency or drop in before or after care charged at $15/hour. Card on file will be charged that day.

What do I do now that my child is registered?

  • You will receive an email the week prior to camp starting giving you more information.
  • Download the Welcome Letter and Emergency form. Bring these with you the first day of camp.
  • For children returning to camp, please download and review the latest camp Emergency form. You only need to do this once in the summer unless some information has changed.
  • Our caring, professional staff has many years of dance and teaching experience. We are sure your child will have wonderful time with us. Please contact us for further information.
