To Register
Please print the downloadable registration form. Completed forms can be mailed to East Bay Dance Center or you may visit our studios and drop it off with an instructor. There is no registration fee.

Late registration will be accepted and tuition prorated, space permitting. Class sizes are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order to be fair to all students, East Bay Dance Center cannot hold a place for you without a completed and signed registration form and tuition payment.

Registration Process
Adult Classes
Adult classes are ongoing: You can start at any time by filling out a registration form (downloadable and available at the school.) and making a payment by mail or in person. You may pay by the class at the drop-in rate (please see tuition amounts) or for a monthly series of 4, 8 or 12 classes (please see tuition page for amounts. The classes may be used in any of the adult classes that we offer at your level and must be used within a month from the date of purchase.
Workshop Format
Some adult classes are offered in a workshop format to ensure consistency--you pay for a consecutive series (usually 6 to 8 weeks) and if you miss a week, it will still be counted.
Call to Check the Schedule
It is best to call ahead when attending an adult class for the first time, as schedule is subject to change and to make sure of the correct level.
Teens
Teens are welcome in adult classes and may pay by the class or by the semester. Registration forms for teens must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian before their first class.
Children/Teen Classes
Children/teen programs are by the semester. EBDC has three semesters:
- Fall -- Sept.-Dec. (14-15 weeks)
- Winter/Spring -- Jan.-early June (20-22 weeks), and
- Summer (8 weeks)
If you are not sure if your child will like a class, you may have them do a one-time drop-in class at the single class rate, with a signed registration form, at no obligation to continue, space permitting.
Pre-Register
We recommend pre-registration by mail with a completed registration form signed by a parent or guardian with a 50% deposit or full payment to ensure a place in the class of your choice. Pre-registration begins when the schedule is printed (usually 6-8 weeks before the beginning of the semester) and continues until the class is full. EBDC offers discounts for early enrollment. It is not necessary to call ahead for pre-registration. However, if you have any questions we are always happy to help either by phone or email.
Late Registration
Late registration is available, space permitting, for a pro-rated amount. It is always best to call ahead when enrolling into a class which has started to ensure that there is space, that it is the correct level and to find out the pro-rated amount.
